5 Necessary Items for MLM Companies to Understand Distributors in a New Era of Technology

Bill Ganz and Steve Aust Founders of FastTrack™ Online Marketing, Inc. are leading the way in the development of monetized social networks for Multi-Level Marketing and direct sales companies. They are helping companies understand their potential customers in this new era of technology.

Los Angeles, CA (Vocus) January 29, 2009 — Bill Ganz, Founder and CEO of More Media Group, Inc., and its subsidiary FastTrack™ Online Marketing, Inc. (www.fasttrackonlinemarketing.com), Southern California based companies has been helping small to large distributor companies for years in developing simple to understand and user interfaces for their distributor bases.

Many of these companies are part of the Multi-Level Marketing Industry or affiliate based marketing businesses.

Typically Multi-Level Marketing companies rely on distributors for getting the word out and advertising their products. FastTrack™ Online Marketing, Inc. is helping companies to understand the power of hiring experienced web based digital agencies with MLM experience of which FastTrack™ Online Marketing, Inc. is the first.

This is an additive process to the traditional means of distribution. In tandem, these two marketing disciplines; traditional and new – have created an unfair advantage in Conversational Marketing.

The leader in this category is clearly, FastTrack™ Online Marketing, Inc. because of its extensive background and knowledge in the Multi-Level Marketing disciplines which comes from years of experience in this field.

More Media Group, Inc. has many award winning years in Multi-Media Production, Live Events and Training and now Monetizing Social Networks for Multi-Level Marketing companies. FastTrack™ Online Marketing, Inc. has recently launched and consulted on the launch for one of its customer’s new networks – www.mysocialincome.com and www.mysocialincome.biz. This is a hybrid strategy of technology and roll up technique never seen before.

More Media Group, Inc. was the recipient of the DV Awards for the development and implementation of its interactive, multi-media “Networkers Edge” Training Program.

This International competition recognizes outstanding achievement in digital video. Networkers Edge, was seventy-eight, 5-minute messages delivered to the distributor five days a week for six months. These messages were tutorials that the distributor paid for in order to gain the knowledge necessary to understand, at a glance, the power of Home-Based Business and Multi-Level Marketing. The program was one of the first Social Networks ever created that had bio-demographic information where the distributors interacted with forums, against the content and the media was structured on a time-based delivery.

“It is more psychology than technology” stated Bill Ganz Founder and CEO of FastTrack™ Online Marketing, Inc., “and when companies start to realize and implement simple strategies; their success is just around the corner.”

More people are not only looking to supplement their current income but to replace lost income and savings. As a result small Home Based Businesses and Multi-Level Marketing are flourishing. Understanding that technology can be over whelming and scary to many people companies need to apply the “K.I.S.S.” principal (Keep It Simply Simple) more now than ever. People do not want to get a college education in order to learn how to interface with the company’s website and back offices. They want good training and simple processes that allow them to focus on their main goal which is to sell and distribute products in order to earn an income.

Says FastTrack™ Online Marketing, Inc., Founders, Steve Aust and Bill Ganz “A company can have all the technological skills in the world but if they don’t understand that it ultimately relates to the psychology of the person that they are directing their message to, they are headed for failure.” they also stated “in today’s economy the Entrepreneur in search of an opportunity has many choices, so the companies that make it easy for the individual to build a financially rewarding business, has the best chance of success. ”

Multi-Level Marketing companies do very well in up economies. MLM and Direct Selling do extraordinarily well in downed economies. This is why there is always such an uptick in the Home Based Business industry during downed economies.

In a world of overwhelm and information overload people are seeking out simple ways to earn extra income and spend their time effectively. There are 5 basic criteria’s companies need to understand and implement; FastTrack™ Online Marketing, Inc. is the expert in this area. The 5 criteria’s are:

1. Use technology to simplify, not complicate.

2. Use 5th grade education in explaining your processes.

3. Stay away from all the flash and glitz and Hollywood production techniques that are great for the big screen but only cause your distributor to be distracted from the main goal.

4. Keep everything in bite-size pieces. It’s easier to absorb and remember.

5. Make sure your support staff is well trained in the area of personal communication and they fully understand the systems and can “simply” instruct people on its use.

Rocketinfo’s Bill Ganz Pilots the My-Media Revolution

Rocketinfo’s Bill Ganz Pilots the My-Media Revolution
Monday, March 26, 2007
By Katherine Young

Specialized search company supplies collaborative technologies for Web 2.0 apps. Rocketinfo (OTC: BB: RKTI, BullBoards) makes products that increase the visibility and stickiness of a website by making the website active and interactive, and it creates customized research products so professionals have the information they need at their fingertips. Rocketinfo’s research products work 24/7. It’s like having a team of people doing Google searches around the clock, analyzing relevance, and delivering the information to every person in a corporation based on their information needs, as they change hour by hour. And, while one arm reaches out to find information, the other brings in news feeds, live feeds, information and advertising onto the company website. Expanding on the Web 2.0 revolution in how people use the internet, companies can engage customers online by giving them avenues of interaction. All of this adds up to keeping the site and the company up to date, alive, active and visible to searches.

Rocketinfo evolved from a Canadian technology company, which new president Bill Ganz describes as “think-tank meets vacuum” because of its lack of sales and PR departments. It launched with a few clients that were essentially case studies, which then went on to become successful examples of Rocketinfo’s technologies. Now, with Ganz at the helm, a whole new management team, and a new head office in California, Rocketinfo is quickly expanding its portfolio of clients. It has a solid long-term client base of blue chip companies, including heavy hitters like Sun Microsystems (NASDAQ: SUNW, BullBoards) and GlaxoSmithKlein (NYSE: GSK, BullBoards). Meanwhile, off the top of his head, Ganz lists 12 new companies that are coming on board in the next few weeks.

Sporting an impressive dossier spanning over 20 years in entertainment technology, multi-media and internet-marketing, Ganz is a leader in the area of new media technology. He’s won several awards for his online education and entertainment programs.

Ganz knows what he’s created, and he’s watching while other companies figure it out. He points out it’s not just a revolutionary new technology; it’s a personal and social phenomenon. Lev Grossman summed it up for Time Magazine at the end of 2006, when he named “you” the person of the year. Grossman wrote,, “It’s a story about community and collaboration on a scale never seen before. It’s about the cosmic compendium of knowledge Wikipedia and the million-channel people’s network YouTube and the online metropolis MySpace. It’s about the many wresting power from the few and helping one another for nothing and how that will not only change the world, but also change the way the world changes.” He was talking about new Web 2.0 technologies that see users both interacting online and actually creating the web content.

Ganz explains that the Rocketinfo technology is about connection, contributing, being heard, belonging. Ganz speaks quickly and with enthusiasm. The new media is “interactive” and relationships with users are “bi-directional.” The old media is not interested in “me,” Ganz explains, while this new wave of media, “is not mass media but, my media.” The new paradigm is interactive: it includes and is created by the user/customer in ways never done before.

When asked if this new phenomenon in media growth is going to rival the dot.com boom, Ganz says, “I think it’s going to exceed the dot.com boom.” He explains, “What the dot.com boom promised is actually being delivered today. This is the vision that dot.com promised, but it took seven or eight years to build the infrastructure to support the vision.” He explains that the results of the dot.com craze are email and search engines that provide an overwhelming amount of raw information. Especially for really large companies, these tools are no longer serving. Email is full of spam, and search engines bog systems down with so much information it becomes cumbersome.

Financially speaking, there’s a whole new level of profit too. Ganz explains that the new media revolution, unlike the dot.com boom, is about return on investment because the new technologies are actually money-generating. They direct customers to your site and keep them there longer. They cut marketing costs because content and distribution are virtually free, and at the same time, they exponentially increase exposure. Rocketinfo’s research tools also revolutionize the way business is done by increasing efficiency, communication and access to vital information.

Ganz outlines one example he recently coordinated: At a marketing event for Fender Music he garnered the attention of millions of unique visitors from Fender’s target market in a 24-hour period using YouTube to distribute a video of the Fender Music event. Ganz calls it “the most successful social-networking strategy ever deployed.” Social networking: that’s what it’s called. Distribution costs were exactly zero.
